What can we support you with?
Personal care
Our highly skilled and qualified carers are available to assist with all personal care needs from hygiene, hair washing to bathing, dressing and toileting. Our carers are skilled, adaptable, and work directly with you to create a routine that suits you as well as provide you with a service tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
We help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life, regardless of any physical or cognitive limitations.
Personal care for the elderly broadly relates to helping a person with their personal hygiene, dressing, toileting and maintaining personal appearance. It can also include eating – be it preparing meals or helping to feed your loved one. We also assist with medication management and transportation.

Live in care
Our trained caregivers provide tailored care and round the clock support to individuals in their own homes. The caregiver lives in the home of the person receiving care, providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management and mobility. Live in care can either be for an individual or for a couple.
A live in carer for an elderly person(s) provides companionship and friendship while also helping with matters such as shopping, cooking and cleaning. With live-in elderly care, a carer can carry out a great number of tasks to help their client feel comfortable, secure and looked after in their own home.
Live-in care is often used as an alternative to moving into a care facility or nursing home, allowing individuals to maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own home. It is especially beneficial for those who require more intensive or specialised care due to chronic illness, disability and /or aging.
Respite Care
Whether you need care after a medical procedure, or your usual carer is away, we will be happy to provide care at a short notice on dates you require.
Respite care is beneficial for both the caregiver and the person receiving care. It allows the regular caregiver to take time off to rest, attend to personal needs, or take care of other responsibilities, while also ensuring that the person receiving care is still receiving the necessary support and assistance. Respite care can also be a valuable way for individuals to socialise and engage in activities outside of their regular routine.
Depending on your needs, our carers can do the same tasks that the main carer usually undertakes and these may include and not limited to, Personal care, Assisting with eating and drinking, Cooking, Companionship, Medication prompting, Clinical care such as catheter care, Housekeeping, Shopping, Mobility and help with attending appointments
